This tutorial is a bit rough and ready and has no commentary or notes.
It has been created to show you the basic principle for preparing a custom animation and how you can join the female and male hips and thighs to interact with each other.
What will this video show you?
- How to prepare both character's IK Advanced properties
- How to stop the legs bending and raising when you move the character hips. There will be a section where I move the characters and you see their legs raise so I correct this by adding more force to their knees
- How to link the female hips and thighs to male and how much force I use in IK Advanced
- How you can make the male pelvis thrust back and fourth with more force by applying a small amount of force to his Hips and then moving them all the way down.
- How to make the male hands move with the girl's bum
- A very quick example, using the HSPE Advanced tool for how you can make the bum bigger and rounder using rotation and scaling. The part to note here is that you never adjust a position, rotation or scale on a body part that has the X, Y or Z parts changing values in real-time with the animation. Instead, you go a level deeper and find a part that is not changing.
You should start to understand how small amounts of force with the IK Advanced tool can allow you to move the body joints but without losing the animation movement. This is the secret to making new movements.
