2023-01-09 00:54:18 +0000 UTCI dunno - in my experience it isn't simply black and white. One person I knew had lost a lot of weight and had extra skin. He was looking to get surgery to remove it. As he put it, he understood conceptually he was worth loving and beautiful as he was, but that concept did not hold him at night or ask him out on a date. So no, don't go changing yourself to suit what other people want. There are times to consider thinking about the bigger picture, though. This doesn't apply to Basil, he is certainly attractive the way his is and Abe lets him know that. And of course, as an old gay guy, there are some things you can't change and you simply accept where your are.

Loving who you are is very important and if you don’t feel right then by all means change, but don’t do it cause other people make you feel that you should. The only person who has power over your body is you and you alone. Finally I just want to say that you are beautiful, you are loved, and you deserve the whole world. I know that sounds corny af but it still rings true. 😊
