Sup, guys. You guys enjoy September? Because I did.

So, I’m back and just in time for my second favorite month. A few things are happening, and I need to talk about something that I did change regarding the milestone stories. Also, yay, my company Bum Studios is now officially an LLC! So, boom! I’m probably going to be making t-shirts soon so keep an eye out if you want one of those. But otherwise, let’s get into it.

Milestone and Short Story Games Change

There has been a change with this. The first change is that to gain access to this story you have to either have be a $5 (Boatswain) tier or up or have been a consecutive member for at least two months. This basically means that anyone who is part of the $1 (Landlubber) tier, I will be sending you the game through messages as long as you have been a patron for at least two months.

Another change is that the art commissioned for these milestone stories will now only be released to those of $10 (Sailing Master) tier and up.

And the last change is that $10 (Sailing Master) tier and up will now have one-week early access to both milestone and DLC stories when they come out.

Any short games that I don’t create for milestones (there will be some, already have some ideas) will only be accessible for certain tiers (Sailing Master and First Mates).

Annual Membership

Patron now has a new membership type that lets you opt to go annual. If any of you are interested in that then that is an option. When I go on breaks where I pause Patreon, then you get an additional month, so that paused month doesn’t count for your membership (because you technically didn’t pay for it). That’s for any of you who likes to get things out of the way right then and there, not gonna lie, that’s me. I go for annual over monthly any day, less worry on my back.

But yep, that’s there. Oh, and save 10% on doing so lmfao.

Personalized Commissions

They start this month and every month (unless otherwise stated, I’ll have a little area for this every month that says OPEN or CLOSED) there will be three slots. The first three to message me for a slot will be the ones to get the slot. Before messaging me though, here are some things to remember.

1. Higher tiers have priority, I think that’s only fair to be honest. But again, if you’ve already had a commission done then those who haven’t had one will get priority over you. If I find that lower tiers never really have a chance, then I’ll change this.

2. This is not through patron but through PayPal. I’ll go in order and send you a message asking what you want blah blah blah. If you don’t have the money, then the next person in line will be moved up. They’re the standard 1k for $10.

This is my first time so if any of this just doesn’t work then I’ll be making changes.

The Twins Milestone Game and Ye Olde Folly Faire

Are being worked on. Sydero will come first and though I won’t give a date should be out in October while Rahim’s story should be coming around Thanksgiving/Make Me Fat Day. Ye Olde Folly Faire (the Superstition DLC) is dated to come out in December but don’t hold me to that one.

I will be plopping in sneak peeks as I go of all of them so keep an eye out for those.

Insight and For the Crown BtD and Beta

Sailing Masters ($10): I will be putting out the Beyond the Demo link up hopefully soon, both stories are inching along but not at a bad pace. More at a ‘my mind was on break as much as I was, so stuff got done but … stuff … didn’t get done …’

First Mates ($20): If you want the beta links for either and have not asked for it yet then please message or comment. I’ll be sending this link out today.

Monthly Story

I don’t know about the next two months but for this month I will not be doing a monthly story since I’m doing the milestone story and that really takes priority and I’m not trying to blow myself out.
