In short a way to track how much ultimate left you have.
Is there any other character that could use a thing similar to this? Perhaps Benny circle?

atm those jumping guys are the game's stack coutners. i think is 75 150 225 and the big splash of water is full stacks. it's moddable yes. but idk if its worth
