I couldn't tell if you were talking about Kenma or Kuroo but Kenma is voiced by Kaji Yuki who voices Eren Jaeger. Which is funny because they're exact opposites in terms of personalites lmao. It just shows how much range he has as a voice actor. Kaji Yuki is one of the biggest voice actors in the anime industry and voices a ton of characters from all sorts of anime including Todoroki who you know
