[Dragon Ball] E7 - 14 Reaction & Thoughts

I'm almost certain that the phrase pichi pich girl was 80s japanese slang refering to a high spirited, entergetic, physically attractive young woman.

Also if you remember from Naruto, Naruto had to go find a girl for the Toad Sage, Jiraiya, to train him (except Naruto turned into the girl as the solution) in Part 1/OG Naruto. That was a reference to Goku trying to find a girl for the Turtle Hermit, Roshi, to train him.

If you like Dragon Ball and you want to check out a manga then I'd highly recommend to read Dr. Slump. It was Toriyama's manga that he wrote before Dragon Ball and there are references to it later on in Dragon Ball. It is a comedy manga so if you like Dragon Ball's comedy then you'll probably like it. Dr. Slump is on the Shonen Jump app.

So this is what Bulma was talking about in episode 11: Hero-hero (へろへろ, “limp limp”): Refers to the limpness and floppiness of a person’s body in a lewd act, for example pushing a woman’s breasts up and down. Kyoi-kyoi (きょいきょい, “to get a hard head”): Crude boyhood slang from Toriyama’s youth referring to the enlargement of a man’s penis. Inguri-monguri (いんぐりもんぐり): Crude Japanese slang from Toriyama’s youth. It refers to the sound of slithering, groaning and moaning that two people make when having sex, slipping around and groping one another. And of course: Pafu-pafu (ぱふぱふ): A Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound of touching a woman’s breasts being pressed against you.

I love Mai, even that time she was super cute :D Also yes, there was no censorship when DB was released. DB made anime and manga popular in general, so later they added a lot of censorship in any anime and manga.

Jack Shadow

The Four Tails in Naruto is full of references to DB, the Jinchuuriki is called Roshi and the Bijuu is a giant monkey called Son Goku. Also the number of tails is a reference to Goku originally having the Four Stars Dragon Ball
