I'm almost certain that the phrase pichi pich girl was 80s japanese slang refering to a high spirited, entergetic, physically attractive young woman.

That was a reference to Goku trying to find a girl for the Turtle Hermit, Roshi, to train him.

It was Toriyama's manga that he wrote before Dragon Ball and there are references to it later on in Dragon Ball. It is a comedy manga so if you like Dragon Ball's comedy then you'll probably like it. Dr. Slump is on the Shonen Jump app.

Kyoi-kyoi (きょいきょい, “to get a hard head”): Crude boyhood slang from Toriyama’s youth referring to the enlargement of a man’s penis. Inguri-monguri (いんぐりもんぐり): Crude Japanese slang from Toriyama’s youth. It refers to the sound of slithering, groaning and moaning that two people make when having sex, slipping around and groping one another. And of course: Pafu-pafu (ぱふぱふ): A Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound of touching a woman’s breasts being pressed against you.
