Archive: The SHADED Illustrations
Added 2022-09-28 15:33:58 +0000 UTCSometime in 2017 I took an art class that, though short, taught me a shit-ton about anatomy, figure construction, pencil sketching and light-and-shadow. During that, and for a while after, I worked on this series of illustrations, all of which are technically rather different from anything I'd done before – and probably from anything I'll ever do, considering that I'm totally out of practice with the light-and-shadow thing. At least we can look at them at reminisce.
BONUS: The partially coloured versions I did for "Table" and "Buddies". Not bad for someone who's to this day still teaching himself Photoshop, I guess.
