We hope you enjoy this 7 hour loop track that was requested by my lovely patron! Was originally 8hr 40mins but Patreon has a limit on file size so had to shorten it lol.
The request was for something that could be played in the background with positive affirmations etc. So this isn't necessarily hypnotic and doesn't have any hypnotic induction but has been designed so you should be able to stop it and pick it up again as much as you like. Hearing my voice saying nice things while you carry on with your day!
More of a lo-fi type audio!
