April Workshop 2023- HFO Advice and Hypnosis!
Added 2023-04-20 17:28:53 +0000 UTCHypnosis section from 13.20 approx. But before the hypnosis I talk about some things you can do for your body and mind to increase your chance of HFO if you have been struggling. Then we do hypnosis for HFO!

This was wonderful. The advice at the beginning was spot on why I have been having difficulties plus, I have mental block I need to work on. I was able to listen to this one when I was relaxed and refreshed after a good nights sleep with a clear mind. The floating in the tub scenario was perfect and did produce some full body sensations. Thank you :) Progress has been made.
