I Wasn't Supposed To SHRINK 003

Katie composed herself as quickly as possible and began getting up off the ground to resume her trek across the floor, leaving her heels behind and picking her even heavier clutch back up.

As she walked, she continued dwindling, the dress weighing her down more and more, much of the material dragging across the floor. Eventually, the clutch was too awkward to place on her shoulder as she did before, as its increasing weight shifted back and forth each time she took a step, causing her to have further balance issues. She decided to hold it in front of her, pressing it against her chest, wrapping her arm all the way around the width of it, just able to grab the other side with her tiny hand. She knew this wouldn't last long as she continued to dwindle, and her arms continued to get shorter, but she had to try. It had her ID and phone in it, and she did NOT want to leave those behind.

As she continued walking, she felt a presence to her left. Just as she was about to look, a massive... piece of flesh, muscle and fat landed in front of her with a hard "CLACK". Katie could feel the vibration from this through her tiny feet on the floor, shaking her to the core.

"OH MY GOD!!!" she let out, looking at the wall of flesh in front of her that stopped her in her tracks. For a moment, everything felt like it was in slow motion. Katie's head shot up and she saw what it was: a leg, a MASSIVE leg, which landed in front of her. Attached to it was a massive body of a woman. She looked up at the thighs, which were even bigger pieces of flesh than what landed in front of her, hanging above her head, jiggling. She realized the woman was walking over somewhere, waving at someone. She had no idea who the person was, her face a few stories into the air from Katie's perspective. She had no idea if this woman was tall or short, but did notice she had a massive chest, nearly covering her face from Katie's vantage point.

"Hol.... Holy shit!" Katie exclaimed as the woman continued walking, moving at great speed that Katie couldn't hope to keep up with. "TAMMY! HEY!" the woman’s voice boomed from above towards where she was walking. As the legs passed her, Katie looked around to make sure no one else was on a collision course with her. If she had been a couple steps faster, this woman would have mowed her down with her giant legs. Katie needed to be more careful now as she became smaller and more vulnerable.

As she continued her hike towards the door, she was still becoming smaller, and faster. The dress continued falling off her shoulders, until it was just wrapped around both arms, making it harder to keep walking as it bunched up around her legs, dragging along with her. The clutch also continued to become bigger and heavier. As her arms shrunk, she could no longer continue holding it in the same way. She brought the clutch to her chest, propping the clutch up from the bottom with one hand, the other stabilizing of it on the side. As her little arms could barely hold it like this, she leaned it against her chest and face to transfer the weight.

"I can't keep going like this... I need to ditch the dress and clutch." she finally admitted to herself. Her clutch had her phone and ID, which was critical for contacting someone she could trust when she got the chance. But at this point, she knew she couldn't continue going to the door. She had to give in and try to get someone's attention for help... anyone at this point. She saw no other way, she was getting too small to go at it alone.

Thanks for the compliment! Yes, I love showing those perspective shots, so we can really "feel" what the character is experiencing. Glad you are enjoying it!

Your framing is really enjoyable. Especially fond of the third shot. Going with the low angle on an SW themed image is a very under-utilized/under-appreciated means of establishing the immensity of the world around the subject. LOVE it!

These are so good! <3 Really enjoying the framing and lensing on these, great use of DOF too!
