So i will have a bit of a break from posting and updating as I heal, recover and rehabilitate.

I'm very new, I've never listened to anything like morphic field before. so for a few days since I registered I've been trying various things, but last night I got such a dizzy state with nausea that I couldn't sleep until morning. Now that I'm writing, it still persists, slightly diminished, but accompanied by a headache in the occipital area. I have a suggestion for those who are new when they sign up to be directed to a page where they say/write what the steps are, how many times it is recommended to listen in a day, how many different recordings can be listened to.. ..On the first day when I registered, I looked for a guide, but I couldn't find it. Thank you. p.s. or if a morphic field can be created to erase everything you listened to that day and bring you to a point where you will no longer have these effects. hope my message finds you perfectly healthy
