Version 0.21 : 80% complete

I know I am late and I will probably won't be able to release RHC v0.21 during february. The update got some delay because of personal reasons so please wait a little longer for the update, I am still working on it and is now at 80%.
Update during march is 100% sure, most likely the first week of the month, let's see if I can make it.
I am also trying to reduce the total size of the game as much as I can so it doesn't get too heavy (since we reached the 5go already).
Anyway, thanks for understanding.
