Congrats. I enjoyed hearing about the mic explanation. I originally was only watching videos on my phone but I have recently started using headphones sometimes, but more to block out outside sound then to try and get the binaural effect. So I think it's interesting to have different approaches!

I've never bought land, but making those large purchases are worth it once you get to enjoy what's on the other side! Binaural videos have been a hit or miss for me (I'm deaf in one ear) but with a good visual trigger paired with them I can enjoy them. The new video is gonna be perfect for me. Can't wait to hear more of the land and trip as it all comes together!

Ahhh, yes, forking over the down payment may be anxiety inducing, but like you said, the pay off of enjoying that first day on property will instantly reassure you that you and Cooper made the right move.
