Uggghhh - Progress Report

So, definitely sick. Specifically, I apparently have a sinus infection. Which is making it feel like someone shoved an angry elephant inside my face and it's trying to stomp it's way out. Thankfully, I was able to get some meds, so hopefully it won't last too long.

For the progress report...thankfully I wasn't fibbing when I said I can write even when feeling like crap. Not very quickly, but I can. I managed to knock out 15 of the remaining 21 chats despite everything. Not as much as I had hoped, but still solid progress. What remains at this point is as follows:

6 chats - I'm gonna do these later today.

3 dates with Mira - These aren't the complex dates from Eros Academy. Just simple 'go out to a cafe and talk' or similar type dates. Eventually there will be more options, but these ones are dirt simple. The plan was to knock them out later today as well. But we'll see if I manage that....

Tutorial - Not really hard, it just had to wait until everything was in the game.

Basic BG Music - I've got a couple free pieces to use already, but I need to hunt down a few more...as well as figure out how to make them loop in Ren'py. I can't imagine it's too hard, though.

Minor UI Stuff - I haven't actually implemented the main screen image. I need to alter each character's name color. There needs to be a credit/attribution screen. Some of the relationship panel stuff needs to be hidden until discovered (I've already done that with some things, so I know how, I just haven't done the rest yet). Things like that. All simple 5-10 minute jobs that I just haven't cleaned up yet.

Playtest/Bugfix - With nearly 10k lines of code (well, 8515 now, but I'm expecting to add at least a few hundred more), and the overall complexity of what I've built, I'm going to need to play through as much of the content as I can in as many ways as I can think of. I anticipate quite a few bugs, so this is likely to take several hours, possibly an entire single day.
