Dullahan Lisa differe

It's a really subtle difference, but it depicts the cross section of her neck. Originally, I was going to use this one, but after thinking about it, I decided not to show the grotesque cross section of the neck to children, so I decided not to use the illustration with the cross section. Please inspect it.
