The Story of How Yumika Became a Mother

For this week's contents, I would like to change the purpose and tell a small story about an original character. It's a long story, but please bear with me.

The following is a brief timeline of Yumika's life until she became an adult and became Lisa's mother.

The Yumika I usually draw is 16 years old, and the one appearing as Lisa's mother is 38 years old.

Age 17: Alongside contortion, she wins numerous awards in the gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics clubs. It's time to start focusing on studying for entrance exams.

Age 18: She achieves an unprecedented feat at the summer Inter-Highs, winning first place nationally in both gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics. After retiring, she concentrates completely on studying for entrance exams. Enters the Faculty of Science at Kyoto University.

Age 19: In addition to her studies, she focuses on her contortion and other activities. She continues this lifestyle for a while and once again becomes active at the top of the contortion world.

Age 22: She wanted to become a freelance contortionist, but his lab professor told her to look for a job, so she had no choice but to join a pharmaceutical company. Upon graduation, she moves to Tokyo.

Age 23: Having lived alone all her life, she lacks social skills and is unable to get along well at work, leading an exhausting life. Still, she never stopped working as an acrobat on the side.

Age 24: Unable to bear the severe harassment from his boss, she seriously knocked his boss off her heels and resigned, slamming down her resignation letter with all the force she could muster. It seems that she had lost his patience completely after being abused in such a way as to deny all of his past contortion activities. From that point on, she became a completely freelance contortionist.

Age 25: She marries an ordinary man. Her surname changes from Yamazoe to Kougetsu.

Age 26: She becomes pregnant with a child. Taking this opportunity, she quits her career and begins to train her successor, and becomes an instructor at a contortion class she has always been a part of.

Age 27: Gives birth to a daughter. Yumika wanted to name her daughter Kaori, but after a family discussion, the name "Lisa," invented by her older sister, was chosen.

Age 28: She resumes her activities as an contortion while working as a contortionist instructor.

Age 30: Lisa is diagnosed with a mysterious illness and awakens with the ability to transform her body. (For details, please refer to Risa's Episode Zero, which was released on March 11.)

Age 31: Lisa is unable to control her powers, but she raises her with love and care so that she can control her powers. The director of a research institute notices Lisa's ability and cooperates in the research of this ability. At first, both mother and daughter are suspicious of her, but for some reason, they soon seem to have an easy rapport.

Age 32: She retired from her career as an contortionist. She focuses on training her successor.

Age 34: The Japanese government is on to Lisa because of her growing power, and she is about to be used for political purposes by corrupt politicians.

Age 35: Risa's excessive power becomes known to governments around the world, and because of this, Yumika is seriously injured in an attack on her home by a terrorist organization that targets Lisa. Yumika, realizing the gravity of the situation, negotiates with the government and makes peace with them by using Risa's power in a neutral and peaceful manner.

Age 37: Yumika has been through a lot with Lisa, but she becomes an instructor and owner of the contortion school where she has been working. He has 50 students and focuses on training them to become excellent human resources.

Age 38: To the present. Life has been full of hardships, but she is happy to live with her good husband and lovely daughter.
