Risa, who has received a top-secret mission to take out the terrorist masterminds who have been selling weapons to start a war just for their own profit and continue to line their pockets even after suffering massive casualties, heads to a certain country to put an end to this war. She easily sneaks into the enemy's hideout and ambushes the bosses in the ducts, and when the bosses pass by, the game is decided in less than five seconds, despite everyone's resistance. However, the gentle Risa-chan was thinking of leaving them half dead and using them as playthings later.
