I'm not sure if it's due to all the genetic fuckery Rassilon did to the entire species when they basically re-engineered Gallifreyans with total overhaul on a genetical level; then you have to take into account the fact that as the Doctor is a Time Lord, he got the Premium version of the package, due to the addition of Rassilon Imprimatur and the Symbiotic Nucley (which connect the Time Lord's mind to their TARDISes, allowing them to know all kinds of diagnostics about the current condition, and updating pilot data on the databases) and other minor additions to the default Gallifreyan set

And that “prophecy” from the slightly psychic woman, I think you missed the beginning of it - “Your song is ending” followed by “he will knock for times”
