Honestly as much this scenario makes it so everyones situation is fake as hell its kinda what we need. Everyons is such a shit head these days complaining about every little thing wether its a legit complaint or just complaining to try and get discounts and save money. If the world were like this everyone would be too worried about their rating to try and exploit others. Well the average joe anyway the top %1 would still be exploiting the hell out of us. The whole customers always right thing has gone a bit too far to where that includes customer is justified to get a 50% refund on a service if they just complain hard enough about a non issue
