That look at the camera when they name dropped Frozen. Dead lololol

I definitely agree with you on this one, the episode is just so dull and I feel 0 investment when watching it. Like I could not care less. I think that’s an issue that plagued most of season 10 episodes for me (ESPECIALLY including the next one) - they’re not necessarily bad but just uninteresting.

Johnny Guitar

The character Alpha Centauri first appeared in the Third Doctor story "The Curse of Peladon" on 27 January 1972. This story also features the Ice Warriors. 45 years later, the same actress, Ysanne Churchman, voiced Alpha Centauri again. In May this year she celebrated her 94th birthday!

This episode probably isn’t very good if you haven’t watched classic who, but let , me assure you that this wasn’t the bad episode, that’s the next ep.

Ward Junior

Which is fine - but the majority of viewers probably wouldn't have been familiar with that particular story;so it would have left them cold (pardon the pun!) There are ways of tying explicitly into the series history - Moffat was very good at that;Gatis wasn't,imo.

Ian Smith

Don't hurt me but I personally loved the Crimson Horror

Oliver Harrison

This was an attempt to capture the feel of classic Doctor Who stories in terms of look and choice of alien villains. I can imagine the 3rd, 4th Doctor and maybe even the 2nd Doctor fitting well into this story. Let's see where Mr. Moffat is leading us to.

I definitely prefered this episode on rewatch, I don't think it's the worst episode of series 10 but I do get what you mean

Tbh, the reason why I like this story is because it’s a direct prequel before all the curse of peladon stuff (3rd Doctor era story) and the tie in with Alpha Centuri retuning was phenomenal.

I've never liked this episode. Mark Gatiss' episodes are never really that good for me (except for The Unquiet Dead back in season one) and this was very much of a filler episode, we're just treading water now until the finale.

Mr K

You're in for a treat of a season finale, so keep your hopes up ;)

I kind of agree with that this was not the best episode, the only reason I don’t completely agree is I liked some of the characters. The guy who gave himself up to be executed and the guy who talked about how he was going to get married when he got back were great side characters for me
