I wouldnβt say they end up just as friends. It was a really a really romantic date and they both agreed to keep seeing eachother when Yousef gets back.

2018-07-24 18:09:04 +0000 UTCIman Meskini who plays Sana is a Muslim in real life. Because of that she wouldn't kiss a boy she is not together with. That's way they do not kiss yet. And I think that for a lot of Muslims that is a lot more realistic than if they had kissed. But I think there date are really sweet and romantic even if they did not kiss. They also talked about a lot of stuff who are important for them both.β€

2018-07-23 20:39:42 +0000 UTCI think the carrot symbolises Yousef for Sana and Sana for Yousef because that was the first thing they do "together and alone" for some minutes when they was chatting in the kitchen. When Noora eat carrots at school Sana think she is really annoying. But the real reason she is annoyed at Noora is because she feels Noora steals the man she likes. And I think it is som place in ep.6 or 7. We can see some rotten carrots outside in the schoolyard or something. That's when everything whent down for Sana. After Yousef and Noora kiss and she feels she can't like him because his not a Muslim.
