““Boundless Seas” is one of a set of four swords, each tied to one of the four main elemental planes.

This cutlass is tied to the primordial energy of the elemental plane of water, as well as the four planes whose borders begin to blur with the endless waters of the plane. Its scalloped guard is inlaid with 10 pearls, a matching set each imbued with the powers of Water, Ooze, Ice, Steam, and Salt respectively.”

You gain a +2 to Attack and Damage rolls with this magical weapon.

Water’s Flow -  Infused with power directly from the elemental plane of water, you feel as at home under the water as you do on land. You gain a swimming speed of 60ft. and can breathe underwater. Additionally, you are able to walk across the surface of water as if it were solid ground. 

As a bonus action you may create a barrier of water at a point you can see within 30ft. of you. The wall is 15ft. long, 10ft. high, and 1ft. thick. Any creature moving through this barrier has its speed immediately halved until the end of its turn. 

Any ranged weapon or spell attack made by a hostile creature through the barrier is made at Disadvantage. 

This barrier lasts for 1 minute or until you create another. You may dissolve this barrier at will, no action required. 

Sèl (Salt) - As an action, you can cause a trail of jagged salt crystals to grow from the ground around your feet. These salt crystals grow from the ground in your wake as you move, filling each 5ft. square you move through. 


Any creature that enters the area must succeed on a DC15 Dexterity saving throw or stop moving and take 1 piercing damage. Until the creature regains at least 1 hit point, its walking speed is reduced by 10 feet and any further movement through this area causes an additional 2d4 Acid damage. A creature moving through the area at half speed doesn't need to make the saving throw.

These zones of salt last for 1 minute or until you use this ability again. You may dispel this effect at any time, no action required. 

Labou (Ooze) -  As an action, you can launch a large glob of ooze at a point within 60ft. All creatures in a 15ft. radius centered around the point must make a DC15 Dexterity saving throw.

On a failure, they take 4d4 Acid damage and are coated in a sticky schleim that deals 2d4 Acid damage at the end of each of their turns and reduces their speed by 10ft. A creature can spend their action to clean themselves off. On a successful save, they take half as much damage and are not covered in the schleim. 

Glas (Ice) - As an action, you can create an icy duplicate within 5ft. of yourself. You and the duplicate are indistinguishable from each other, both appearing as living ice. Only a creature with truesight is able to tell you apart.  You duplicate shares your abilities and statistics, but only has 1hp.

As a bonus action on your turn, you can move the duplicate up to your speed. When attacking, you may give up an attack to have the duplicate make an attack instead. 

If a creature reduces the duplicate to 0 hit points, it explodes in an intense icy blast, forcing all creatures in a 10ft. Radius to make a DC15 Constitution saving throw or take 8d8 Cold damage. A creature killed by this spell becomes a frozen statue until it thaws.

Vapè (Steam) - As an action, you can create a cloud of steam that emanates in a 20ft. sphere around you, causing the area to become heavily obscured. You gain Blindsight out to the edges of the sphere, while within it. You may use a bonus action to move the sphere 20ft in any direction on your turn. 

Allies within the sphere find the effects rejuvenating and gain temporary hit points equal to your proficiency modifier when they start their turn within the sphere. Enemies within the sphere find the steam painful and oppressive, taking Fire damage equal to your proficiency modifier when they start their turn in the sphere. 

This sphere of steam lasts for 1 minute or until you create another. You may dispel this effect at will, no action required.
