Uranium Fever - Any creature who touches this blade and is not attuned to it must immediately make a Constitution saving throw (DC18). On a failure, the creature suffers 1 point of Exhaustion. You must succeed on this saving throw before you can attune to the item.
Additionally, whenever you make a successful attack with this weapon on a creature for the first time on your turn, the target must make a Constitution saving throw (DC18) or suffer 1 point of Exhaustion.
In addition to the normal means of curing exhaustion, this exhaustion can be cured by any ability or spell that cures disease or poison.
Creatures immune to Radiant damage are immune to both of these effects.
Child of the Atom - While attuned to this blade, you gain Immunity to Radiant damage. Any time you would take Radiation damage, you are healed for half the amount instead.
Nuclear Option - As an action, you may cause the energies in the blade to surge out of control, casting the Sickening Radiance spell centered on the blade (Spell Save DC18). This spell lasts for 1 minute, the blade growing brighter and brighter over this time. After 1 minute, the blade releases a blast dealing 20d6 Radiant damage and 20d6 Bludgeoning damage to everything within 1 mile. This area becomes irradiated for 1 year, causing any creature to enter to make a Constitution saving throw (DC12), each hour they are in the area. For each hour spent in the area, the DC of the save increases by 2.
After this feature is used, the blade becomes inert and loses all magical properties.
