Attacks with this weapon may be made with your Spell Attack Modifier and do not require the use of your hands, as long as the scarf is wrapped around your neck.. Additionally, attacks with this weapon deal an additional 2d4 Necrotic damage.
Phantom Fortitude - Whenever you deal Necrotic damage to another creature, you gain Temporary Hit Points equal to half the damage. This effect only may trigger on one targeted creature per turn.
Frightful Fashion - As a bonus action, you can make the scarf flourish about you elaborately, giving you Advantage on your next attack roll. On a missed attack, the scarf hits you, dealing its normal damage.
