Realistic for a minute

What are we watching here?
A Calvin Klein pajamas ad on process, four young folks, all their youth energy -maybe smelling a bit older than teen spirits (while Nirvana sounds in the background), all of them FATTENED UP. I don't usually draw fat men and we have (almost) two here.
Then a rare self-inclusive take where several office colleagues and myself -can you guess who am I there?- making a cinema queue, maybe about to watch Jurassic Park? Maybe not, because I just checked and it was premiered in Argentina during the Winter of 93'. Anyhow, the ladies' been' FATTENED UP as well.
