To me it epitomizes TNG. Both shows had the exact same plot. One took it and went for a dramatic, fast paced adventure story of stakes and personal drama, and the other went for Decaf Trek: no stakes, no danger, no action, no nothing. One show a guy is committing suicide, the other show a kid plays with blocks.

2025-03-17 23:58:08 +0000 UTCIf I had to pick which is the worst I've seen it might be the one where the Ferengi fall in love with Troi's mother, or maybe the one where Wesley gets the death penalty for walking on the grass. It's tough because there are so many bad ones. Oh the one with the space Irish people was pretty bad. Oh, and as someone pointed out, The Naked Now. That's the one I would submit alongside The Naked Time as the best way to compare and contrast the two shows.
