Added 2021-03-24 11:41:43 +0000 UTCThis quote by Dr Seuss reminds me of my childhood. When I was a kid I always wanted to grow up so fast that I never really enjoyed being a kid for long enough. I feel like my childhood lasted for 2 minutes and a half. What a waste! I regret not fully enjoying my age and what each stage of growing up gives you. I am now left with memories, very good ones which kinds of makes it worse as I wish I could go back a start all over again. But one has to be aware of the trap, because rethinking about your past will make you waste your PRESENT which is a present (gift!). And this is all you've got, this IS the most valuable thing; NOW. So I hope that we can all concentrate on what we have now. Living in the past will only give sadness, living in the future will only give you anxiety but living in the present is the reality. Make your reality a happy place.
