Just confirming info: Yes, Orochimaru's jutsu is to take over obies with all thr abilities included. He's already taken over several bodies. He now wanted Sasuke, but he is out of time, so he needed someome esle sooner. Kimimaro(white haired guy) was supposed to be the next vessel for his spirit, but he is unable to due to his phisical condition, and Sasuke did not arrive yet, so he went for the other guy and now is stuck like this for a few years until he can transfer bodies again.
