Roll Credits Poll

Yeah that's not the right kind of poll, girls, but it's the thought that counts!
Earlier I asked about including supporter names in the Healslut credits and since I can download poll results (who knew?!) I think a poll is a good way to determine who wants to be forever branded as a Healslut supporter.
So if you want to be included in the credits scroll with your Patreon nickname, choose the first option. If you want to be included but want to specify a nickname, choose the second option (and then either comment the preferred name or message me here on Patreon).
If you don't want to be credited, select the third option (or just ignore this poll). If you don't want to be credited but do want to let off a little aggression, select the last option. It's cool, I can take it.
