TPA 18 – Painting the Joker

In this new TPA episode, made exclusively for our Patreon members, @pedrocaleiro paints the Joker, one of the most iconic villains in pop culture, using a sculpt by our artist @araujo_3d.
The tutorial focuses on how to work with vibrant colors and strong contrasts to highlight the character’s intense personality while keeping a realistic feel. Pedro also demonstrates how to balance saturation and shading so the statue stands out without looking like a toy.
It’s a great class for anyone who wants to explore bold colors and bring expressive characters to life.
This tutorial was recorded using prints made with @sunlu3d resins, ensuring high quality and detail for the painting process.
