Greetings. This past month I began implementing things into MCStacker in preparation for 1.21.2. Loads of new item components are being introduced in this update. Many of these new components can be applied to any item. This is all really cool stuff for map makers and server owners but this further exacerbates a long-standing usability issue in MCStacker. There is too much clutter in the item user interface as more options become available. To rectify this, users now have to choose which component they want to apply to the item before being shown the UI for the component. This greatly reduces the clutter as sometimes you won't want to use any components. There is a filter control to help you find which component you want to add. This change is only available in the 1.21.2 version of MCStacker which you can try here https://mcstacker.net/1.21.2.php . It is also in the Deluxe Edition. Here's what the new item UI looks like.

Another benefit of this change is that the generator should run significantly faster now. I have not measured performance but with the way the code works now, it should be much better, especially for commands with many items such as chests or villager trades.
