next month- the final episode of crow cillers.

i wont lie, its very intimidating and scary to be ending a project ive been working on constantly as my main artistic output since 2013. well, technically, i'll still have to put together "The Complete Final Season + Special Features" to fully wrap up the series, but this will mostly do it. But we can worry more about that next month.

besides working really hard on Crow Cillers 100 all year, i've also been working really hard on art for the upcoming car seat headrest album since august 2023. ive done a ton of stuff for that, but youll have to wait to see those too.

the other project ive primarily been working on has been the new webcomic ive been sharing here, which started out as Proboscis and Wyrm and has now become a sort of Proboscis and Wyrm and friends.. final name still to be determined. Going forward with making it a new anthology where i can put any random ideas i have, from new my little pony and ffff. comics to whatever else i think of. how about some of that.

i forget if i mentioned it before, but i watched a bunch of old cartoon network recordings recently, from back when they were just 24 hours of bizarre hanna barbera slop. seeing all those desperate scooby doo clones and multiple retoolings of "the flintstones meet the discount munsters" inspired the following:

 ive been playing RPGs lately. i was playing a bit of la pucelle tactics, a little xenosaga, some .hack infection. currently im really enjoying etrian odyssey 2 untold: the fafnir knight. and i picked up a copy of disgaea ds after learning it has PVP, which sounds completely wild. on top of all that, i just started playing Dungeons and Dragons for the first time, and its pretty cool. My character is a psychic tiefling who expresses little emotion and accesses her powers through her arcane focus: a plush dolphin named fin fin which she talks to and describes as if it is an ancient elder god, though to everyone else it appears to be a normal non-sentient stuffed animal. heres some art i did figuring out her deal, as well as some general RPG-influenced drawings:
