Sunday Afternoon
Added 2018-05-06 23:44:57 +0000 UTCI must confess, this is what slowed down this week because I decided to restart it. Furry artwork is often an outlet for me but as I've alluded to or outright said in the past, I do more than what I show to the fandom, and one of those things is my devil artwork that I keep more personal and private.
But after taking so long after promising otherwise I felt it only fair to post where that time was spent.
-On a related note, I wouldn't have even started drawing this had it not been for the wedding last month. It was a great ceremony and reception, don't get me wrong. But all of the work involved, and needing to put on a proper face around my religious family, wore on me a lot more than I expected. And in those situations I'll often purge by drawing things like this.
So consider, it's Sunday. To keep up appearances you attend church services for a religion you hate and a god you don't worship. But come that afternoon, you can burn away that fake part of you and allow the demon that is your true self take hold for some private rest & relaxation.
