Uni Project: WIP and Progression shots
Added 2017-05-22 15:00:12 +0000 UTCI thought I would share what I have been up to for the past few weeks or so.
Here are some WIP and Progression shots of the siries of portraits that I am making for my end of year exhibition at university. All of them are rendered with charcoal on a pencil sketch. I still have 2 more to make and I will be sure to post the full finished images on here and my FA once they are all done.
Unfortunately I would have taken more images of the process of making these images but I forgot for the most part. Most of these images featuring the portraits in an unfinished state were taken in order for me to revert on photoshop and spot any mistakes I might have made before I added the charcoal. I should have taken more but didn't plan to post them until now.
So sorry about that. :P

Thank you Pon! These are referenced from photography portraits, so that might be why, but I am glad you feel like they are fairly intimate and close, That's certainly what I am going with with these pics. :)

2017-05-22 15:36:32 +0000 UTCI feel the need to draw attention to one of your strengths here. Not only are these drawn exceedingly well but they have so much depth in their expression and angles. They all make me feel like someone near the character, watching them. They have the same feel as professional photographers do with portrait shots.
