Maybe she’s been forcibly dressed up as a jester and is forced to do something humiliating for the entertainment of others, or she’s being changed into some really thick diapers after getting too many bad marks on her potty chart. Or being dressed up in babyish clothes by a robotic nursery! TL;DR Etna from Disgaea or Tatsumaki from One Punch Man having their pride broken by going through some diaper humiliation. Assuming the scenarios I suggested aren’t too much if they are then you can just ignore them.
