2023-04-19 18:02:45 +0000 UTCTerminator: Resistance is a a really solid budget game which suffered from a few problems but a massive step up from the Rambo game. The aspect that made alot of us gamers look past the bugs and lower budget feel of Resistance is the fact that the developers actually cared about the franchise nailing the atmosphere, tone, art designs, and music of the first film's depiction of the Future War having a ton of Terminator Easter egg's that diehard fans would pick out. The game had heart and you could tell the developers did the best they could with a smaller budget. The studio are making a Robocop game next, Peter Weller is back so he no doubt saw a reason to come back to the role hopefully because of a good scripts. If they keep the heart and care they put into Terminator and translate that to Robocop while also improving what they did with Terminator I feel like fans will be really happy. I also expect some Terminator Easter eggs as well maybe like a bonus mission inspired by Robocop vs Terminator using the assets from Resistance.
