As you might know, had a real paranoid scare about blood lead levels last fall after learning that a few old hands in the firearms and military world had real problems with heavy metal poisoning from exposure to propellant gasses with aerosolized lead salts from non-corrosive primers.
Inhalation and ingestion seems to be the primary source of ingress, so washing hands, cleaning and wiping down surfaces is important.
A pal of mine is a young CIF assaulter and noted that he had to get his blood lead levels tested before and after SFAERTEC to measure the change, jumped from 10 to 18.
As a frequent civilian shooter who dry tumbles brass and reloads, I was at 6.5.
