Susaku by giving the order not to fire, did in fact save a million people Zero simply set up the choice to either repeat the past(bloody euphy) or honor her memory and her intentions and let them go.....at least that's how I looked at it lol, still hate the guy

It was purely a coincidence that it ended up being controlled by Lelouch. She only found out the truth now. Fun Fact: There is a series of animated shorts called βSayoko's diaryβ that shows some random comedic scenes around Ashford Academy from her point of view. It makes it very clear she has no idea what is going on. She does think Suzaku x Lelouch is a thingβ¦
