Added 2020-05-24 09:31:57 +0000 UTCI had lots of fun with this one--got to do a funny scenario, use some weird blending effects and rectify an old crappy drawing all at the same time! Wouldn't it be so much easier if Dragon Ball damsels were just weak to rope, though? ;3

My only requirement was to have 18 angry she's bound, the rest was all rosie~....also yeah, ropes wouldn't be much for 18 π
