For lack of a better term completely straight. I noticed that Enrique was HUNG in the last nsfw pic, and that Victor, though not as much, was still pretty well endowed as well in the robe scene, but both were still within the realm of plausibility, whereas this image stretches the imagination a bit more. Whatever the intent, it's still a nice piece, and it's great to finally see some sexy fun between all three of them now! Edit: and nice that Enrique finally has a chance to loosen up and take a chill pill for once with some nice attractive squishy stress balls.
