Blog: Midnight WIP + survey results!

For this month's Monthly Damsel, I decided it might be good for my workflow to dedicate a week to that specific drawing. Sure, I'll still do other stuff on the side, but the Monthly Damsel gets the most attention. This has made it so I can finally actually post a WIP for once! The inking is finished, and I left on a draft layer of the lighting to help show off the angle. What do you think? ^.^
In other news, my survey was a success. I got a pretty good amount of responses. I went into detail about every question over on the Discord, but in this post I'll sum things up a bit.
First of all, everyone was incredibly nice. I received a lot of very heartwarming notes in the write-in parts. When it came to people who didn't spend any money on my content (be it Patreon, Gumroad or commissions), many were quick to note that that was on their end and not because of any problem with my content or pricing.
That said, it looks like there's still room for improvement. Some patrons say there could be more content per month, and there were a number of non-patrons who didn't subscribe because there wasn't enough content and/or they felt it was too expensive.
On the Gumroad front, I was surprised to find a lot of people straight up don't know about my Gumroad store! The current format of just putting up Monthly Damsel sets also doesn't seem to be to many people's tastes, so I may experiment with how I release things there in the future--maybe waiting a while before putting up a bigger pack of multiple sets at a relatively lower price.
I'll be taking all of the feedback I received into account in the future, so you'll continue to see changes in the production and rollout of content. I can't say any more about that yet, but stay tuned!
