I apologize for part 2 not uploading! Thatβs the shit thing about recording live is that if because itβs not filmed directly on my app it never gets saved as a file so I never get a copy unless I screen record it but anyway . Iβll write down what I did in the 2nd part for you guys! Part 2 consisted of me finishing the remaining scraps of the 1st pizza and then further stretching my belly with a protein shake (fuck I got so full dude). I will have the 2nd and 3rd pizza tomorrow for breakfast and dinner - might order a 2nd one for lunch while Iβm down at the gym after a workout in between clients. Still need to calculate how many calories Iβm having BUT I increased calories by a lot yesterday regardless so I know Iβm making huge progress already. Body weight has definitely gone up a lot so Iβm really happy with where Iβm at and weβre on track to having me at 100kg-105kg by end of December! Maybe if I was really pushed by you guys I could get up to 110kg by end of December which would be only another 10kg from the heaviest weight Iβve ever been at! Fuck yeah guys letβs do this π make me grow.
