Weight gain so far

This would be a live video but I’m not allowed them currently. Anyway… I’ve just calculated the calories (kcal) for just the protein shakes that I have per day which are totaling 4250kcal: not including the food I also have which could bump that up to around 5500kcal. Previously when I bulked up to 120kg I remember having at least 7000kcal per day so in order to continue a steady weight gain and increase my measurements all over then I need to add in an extra 1000-1500kcal to my current diet. (This is making my dick throb like crazy thinking about how much more food I have to consume 🤤😈🥴)

Whether that is going to be actual food or just adding more grams to my protein shakes based on what I currently have, I’m not sure… but if you have any suggestions then fire away. I think I have most of it covered but my body has definitely adapted to my current caloric intake so it’s time to ramp it up! Especially for all of you guys who I know definitely need me to continue growing bigger 💪🏽
