YCL Animation conversation script

Python 3: https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-31011/
Steps:
Place all 20-22 YCL files that need to be converted into the same directory as the Pyhton script
Double click the script and it will convert all YCL files within the the directory to make them compatible for 2K23
Comments
I used this on a 22 mod and it said the file was already converted. how is that even possible
