I recently participated in a bodybuilding competition.
I placed 3rd in the height category, and I'm fortunate to have made it to the podium.đ„
Although my ranking dropped compared to last year, it was inevitable given the higher level of competition this time. On the other hand, in the open category, while I didn't advance to the finals, I received a higher evaluation than last year. So, it's clear that my physique has definitely improved.đȘ
