Hey!! Nah, I wouldn't worry about that. I realize the majority of people who read the story, smile, put it down, and never type a word about it online. While I appreciate opinions and fan desires, they don't sway me. It's awesome that people have strong feelings though! Thanks so much for reading the OT blog...I'm so glad (read: still genuinely surprised) people enjoy my rambling!

2017-12-02 17:53:42 +0000 UTCYeah! Parse is interesting. But really, it's how fandom interacts with characters that I find fascinating. I make ABSOLUTELY NO attempts to steer fandom in any way, but I can't help but observe how it responds to things.

2017-12-02 17:47:44 +0000 UTCI sometimes worry that you see the active chatters in these streams and think the majority of fandom wants or headcanons certain things, when the reality is a lot of people are just quietly enjoying what you do. It's a good reminder that you've got a very clear-eyed view of fandom and appreciate it while keeping it separate from the story you're telling. Loved what you said in the chat, and always love hearing your deeper OT blog thoughts.
