New features and fixes!

And there we go again!
This time, I tried to iron out and implement stuff that was on the todo_list, but left aside during new campaign glorious beginnings!

Biggest news around are :
- Fixed the higher speed facial expression routines! (better now)
- Possibility to change girls names!
- Chapter (girls) fetishes displayed beforehands! (if you can help refine those with proper tags, please make suggestions)
- 3 more eyes sets & 2 new hairstyles for girls, too!

Important : "Master code" has been improved, too, in the Redeemer.
As it's supposed to be a "all in one" code containing what other codes already do separately, it was a bit of a mess, and some people redemeed twice what they could have had once.
It's all fixed, now, and integrates decrease of costs when you combine codes around, all in a logical way.
According to those changes, you've been refunded reward points if you had both master code & other codes it's supposed to contain!
So check the Redeemer, in such case.
